Q:I dont have a credit card, how can I make an order.
A:If you don't have a credit card you can still use our secure order form to make your purchase. When you come to the section that asks for payment method you can use the drop down list to make the choice of mail-in. After you fill in the complete form and click on the submit button another printable page will be displayed showing all of the details for your order along with a mailing address to mail your check or money order to.
Q:I have a credit card, yet still don't fully trust the Internet to make purchaces,how can I make an order.
A:If you have a credit card yet don't want to use it on-line, you can still use our secure order form to make your purchase. When you come to the section that asks for payment method you can use the drop down list to make the choice of call back. After you fill in the complete form and click on the submit button, the order will be E-mailed to our sales department. One of our customer sales representatives will call you back at the phone number you provide on the order form, to complete the sales transaction over the phone. Or you can also use the mail-in option as stated above.
Q:I know the name of the song I'm looking for yet dont know which CD it is on.
A:When you go to the performer of your choice click on their music section link. Here you will see the list of products for that performer. If you click on the sample button a pop-up window will open and you will see the complete list of song titles for that CD. You also be able to listen to three or four song samples from the same CD.
Q:I have a discount coupon, but dont know where or how to enter code so I receive my discount.
A:The discount coupons are presently for members of the True Gospel Echoes Fan-Club. You can input this number on the shipping information page, at the bottom under the choice of shipping method. You will see the word "none", this is where you need to put your discount coupon number for True Gospel Echoes merchandise, remove and replace the word "none" with the coupon number you have been given. If the number matches one in our database a 10 percent discount will be calculated before taxes and shipping costs are added in.
